With four levels and many areas to work with, this property required meticulous planning and intentional design.  The remarkable historical elements of the house, including a well-preserved neoclassical style fireplace, large libraries, elegant molding, and a stunning marble entry,made it a perfect candidate for blending old with new. The result?  A beautifully curated staging design.

 

The design plan incorporated transitional elements alongside modern furniture and contemporary accessories to create an organic union of styles. To compliment the wood floors and maintain a natural and cozy feel, mid-century modern pieces were selected for the living and dining areas as well as the bedrooms. Plush pillows and sculptural objects and accessories complimented the furniture to make each space warm and inviting.

 

By embracing the classical elements of the home and elevating each space with modern touches, beauty, luxury and harmony were achieved.
