QUICK SALE ON THE COAST

This single-family home in Stevensville, Maryland, boasting a large backyard and two-car garage, belonged to a real estate agent and personal friend of Staging Design. Having previously tried to sell the property, our client was nervous to put it back on the market and enlisted our team to help. Despite discussing our services and offerings previously, this was the first time we worked together and we were both so thrilled that we did!  Once staged, our client received a contract within one week. Our design team took their cue from the “beachy” theme of the client’s own decor and used a light sage and blue color palette throughout the home.

 

With such success, it’s safe to say we turned a dear friend into a loyal client with just one project!
