Our team recently had the pleasure of staging a stunning luxury home in Alexandria, VA. For this modern industrial property with a red brick exterior, we knew a design that incorporated rich and earthy tones was a must.
The beautiful wooden chandelier set an immediate cozy and welcoming atmosphere in the entry of the home. In the formal living room, dining room, and family room, our design team integrated warm red hues to create a seamless visual flow. Vibrant rust-colored accent chairs with curved, modern silhouettes anchored each room beautifully. Carefully chosen artwork, featuring a complementary color palette, added depth and character to both the dining and family rooms. To enhance the sense of comfort and texture, plush pillows and throws were incorporated, while pieces featuring gold touches added a little extra glam.
To balance the warmth of the home, black accents connected our design plan to the home’s striking architectural details, including the stunning window frames, light fixtures, and stairways. In the family room, sculptural black chairs made a bold statement, while black-framed dining chairs complemented the modern chandelier perfectly. In the office, the addition of stylized figurines added visual intrigue and contributed a sleek, contemporary sophistication to the space.
In the end, we transformed this property into a stylish, yet cozy, home.
