What started as a side project to stage one listing turned into a lifelong passion for design. Since that first gig in 2007, Founder and CEO, Christian Salinas has staged thousands of properties and grown the company organically, almost exclusively by referral. In recent years, Christian and his talented team have fine-tuned the company’s operations to service larger and more luxurious properties. Staging Design expanded further in 2023, adding custom furniture rental packages for special events, hospitality spaces and major sporting venues to its portfolio of services.
Christian Salinas was born in Venezuela and emigrated to Washington DC in 1999, making his way bussing tables at a local restaurant. In 2004, he joined the real estate industry as an office manager for Brandon Green, a top realtor in the DC metro area. This shift to real estate was where Christian first encountered the concept of staging a home to help sell properties faster and for a higher price. Since that fateful home sale more than fifteen years ago, he has been curating beautiful spaces that evoke an emotional response ever since. Christian is driven by both a passion for design and a relentless pursuit of creating personal connections.
