This room was Staged to reflect the purpose of the room. Even the wonderful view looks better!
Kitchen
By adding a few kitchen items this empty kitchen looks much better.
Bathroom
By simply adding new hand towels, a shower curtain, a rug, and some decorative plants and accesories, this room has been transformed.
Bedroom (Full)
The difference between light staging and full staging for bedrooms is the height of the bed. I do include a tall bed in master bedrooms in the light staging package, but if you want taller beds in all bedrooms, you need to order the full staging package.
Bedroom (Light)
The sellers had been showing the house with this room empty. As I Staged the room I brought in a nice rug and pillows to simulate a bed. Sometimes I use air mattresses for this too. I then added simple arrangements to the room to make it cozy and warm.

Small bedrooms can be used as a guest room, or as you can see here, a small office.
